To succeed in this, we focus equally on preventive medicine, sports medicine, holistic medicine, acupuncture, and general medicine.
In our care, we place particular emphasis on developing the best individual solutions for each person and implementing them together with them. Every body and every person is unique and requires individually tailored therapies and health concepts.
Preventive medicine
Physical fitness is the key to our well-being and the basis for personal success. Preventive medicine has been proven to reduce the risk of disease and can detect illnesses at an early stage, thereby dramatically increasing the chances of recovery.
Current studies show that lifestyle-related chronic diseases are on the rise worldwide.
The good news is that genetics are less important than previously thought!
Longevity studies show clear opportunities for intervention!
That is why we offer:
- Classic health check-ups (once a year in Austria, free of charge for all persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria, paid for by the social insurance institutions (ÖGK, SVS, BVAEB)).
- Extended preventive care programs:
e.g., sonography, cancer screening, cardiovascular screening, etc. - Detailed diagnostics and consultations on sports, exercise, nutrition, stress reduction
- Micronutrient analyses and the importance of dietary supplements

Acupuncture
This branch of traditional Chinese medicine attempts to counteract disturbed energy flow in the body, which is believed to be responsible for numerous illnesses.
Acupuncture has a wide range of applications, from treating musculoskeletal problems (pain therapy, lower back pain, etc.) to allergies, migraines, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, sleep disorders, smoking cessation, listlessness, birth preparation, fertility issues, etc.

Back and joint medicine
More and more people suffer from back and joint problems or postural defects. The causes for this are manifold, and therapies are only effective if the core of the problem is actually identified.
After a thorough clinical examination + muscle function tests + ultrasound (and referral for X-ray, CT, or MRI if necessary),
we offer:

Sports medicine
Sports medicine is a very difficult discipline. A multitude of factors influence a person's physical performance. Unfortunately, it is often overlooked in this area that the frequently touted training concepts do not correspond to individual physical conditions. Incorrect training stimuli are counterproductive or even harmful to the health of recreational athletes, hobby athletes, and competitive athletes alike.
Based on our experience, we are convinced that anyone who participates in or wants to participate in sports is well advised to undergo comprehensive sports medical examinations on a regular basis. The basis for systematic performance improvement lies in knowing your body well enough to understand what kind of training load it can handle.
We have developed a special program for this purpose, consisting of internal stress tests, various methods of performance diagnostics, body composition analyses (bioimpedance), and differentiated blood analyses. Based on this, we can develop optimal exercise, training, and nutrition concepts for health, recreational, and competitive athletes, depending on their goals.
Training advice
Based on the respective sport, individual goals, and personal performance level, specific short-, medium-, and long-term programs are then created. Training success is monitored with a training assessment within a predefined time frame (once per month) and the training areas are updated.

One of the most important prerequisites for healthy and effective training is an individual training concept.
Let us plan your training individually.
Comprehensive sports and health history is required for individual training planning. This is done in the form of a consultation and by means of extensive diagnostic measures, such as performance diagnostics, muscle function measurement, and movement and nutrition analyses.
We offer this for the following sports:
Running, cycling, triathlon, duathlon, Nordic walking, skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, etc.
